Access matters to me.

I hold a small number of reduced-rate spots for families facing financial barriers — rural families, single parents, and those whose children can't access clinic services due to cost.

If pricing is a genuine obstacle, please reach out directly. I'd rather find a way to make this work than have your family go without support.

"I'd been on a waitlist for eight months. I finally felt like I had answers — and a plan I could actually use."

Questions

Things families ask

This program is educational coaching — not occupational therapy — so it isn't billed through insurance. That's also why there's no waitlist, no referral, and no pre-authorization required. Many families find it's more accessible than navigating insurance for clinic services, especially while waiting months for an appointment.
In traditional OT, a therapist works directly with your child. Here, I work with you — the parent. I teach you the framework and strategies that OTs use, tailored to your child's specific patterns and your family's daily routines. Think of it as the knowledge base, delivered in a way that lives in your home every day — not just during a weekly appointment.
Absolutely — in fact, some of the most dramatic progress happens when coaching and direct OT work together. Carry-over into daily routines is where real change takes root. Parent coaching helps you implement and extend what your child's therapist is working on, every single day.
The weekly sessions are 50 minutes. The home practice I give you is designed to be woven into routines you're already doing — dressing, mealtimes, bath time, bedtime. We're not adding to your plate; we're changing how you approach what's already there. Most parents tell me it saves them time and energy by the third week.
This program is designed for parents of children ages 1–8 with developmental delays, sensory differences, or who are awaiting OT evaluation or services. The strategies are most impactful during early childhood when the nervous system is most responsive — but the parenting framework is valuable at any age.
Life with kids is unpredictable — I get it. I ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session. For the 8-week program, full refunds are available before Session 1, and 50% before Session 3.
